Rauch Malt - Weyermann® Specialty Malts

2 - 3.5 L - Rauch malt is smoked with beech wood. The beech wood offers a strong smokey flavor as well as hints of vanilla and honey. More mild than most smoked malts. Can be used up to 100% of grist; low percentages for minor flavor contributions.
