Nottingham Ale Dry Yeast

Extremely versatile and highly flocculent yeast. Produces a clean, neutral profile at lower temperatures but develops more ester character when fermented warmer. Used in Pale Ales, IPAs, Stouts, Porters, and Brown Ales.
