Mash at 152°F for 60 minutes. Sparge and collect 6.5 gallons. Boil 60 minutes. Add 0.5 oz Magnum at 60 min, 1 oz Cascade at 30 min. Cool to 65°F, pitch US-05. Ferment at 65–68°F for 7 days, then dry hop with 1 oz Cascade for 3 days. Cold crash and package. Target FG 1.012.
